Training
Although we make our software straight-forward and easy to use we understand there can still be a steep learning curve if you do not have much previous experience of SAP and U-value calculations. Because of that we offer a range of training courses to help you use JPA Designer for SAP calculations or for U-value calculations and condensation risk analysis. Our training is very much 'hands-on' and is structured to take delegates from the basic principles of calculation to the advanced features of the software and more complex scenarios. Training courses can be held at our offices in Newcastle upon Tyne or your premises, whichever is most convenient for you. We can also arrange web-based training which has the benefit of eliminating travel time and costs.
Training costs
The training costs for our SAP training course and our U-value and condensation risk training course are the same.
Training at our Newcastle offices.
Two sessions, each of 2 – 2 ¼ hours, lunch included.
1 delegate: £450 + VAT
2–3 delegates: £430 + VAT each
4–6 delegates: £350 + VAT each
Training at other locations.
Two sessions, each of 2 – 2 ¼ hours.
Training for up to ten delegates: for maximum benefit all delegates should have access to a computer during the training session.
Cost: £1000 + travel expenses + VAT
(Cost based on our trainer being able to travel and deliver training on the same day).
Web training
Interactive training delivered remotely via the internet and telephone.

Terms and conditions
All training fees must be paid in advance of the training course. We accept all major credit cards and can issue pro forma invoices if you need to raise a company cheque.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £100 + VAT per delegate, although delegates can be substituted at any time up to the start of the training.
When booking training at our offices please let us know if you have any particular dietary requirements, and whether you will be bringing your own lap-top.
