February 2012 - New Skype training options
Although we make our software straight-forward and easy to use we understand there can still be a steep learning curve if you do not have much previous experience of SAP and U-value calculations. Because of that we offer a range of training courses to help you use JPA Designer for SAP calculations or for U-value calculations and condensation risk analysis. (If you want training in order to be accredited to issue EPCs please see the Accreditation page.)
In addition to the above, we now offer a bespoke Skype support call which can cover any particular project or an issue you need help with.
Costs are based on the time the support call is likely to take:
Half an hour call: £50 +VAT
One hour call:
£75 +VAT
Two hour call:
£150 +VAT
Send us an email with details of the project or issue you want to discuss (with the relevant Project .JDP File if possible) and we will give you an estimate on call time and a schedule to suit you.
Most issues can be sorted within an hour.
All training packages must be paid for in advance of the scheduled or agreed training date. Purchasing options are listed on the 'Purchasing' page.
Note: All the courses listed presume a familiarity with JPA Designer and SAP calculations - for new starters we recommend the full training course Energy assessments for new dwellings: contact sales@techlit.co.uk for further details.
Training when you want it: purchase an access code to the on-line learning course and work through it in your own time. On-line distance learning courses will be available in:
