Buying software
To order our software you can:
a: Call us on 0191 438 7997 and pay by credit card or email your details to sales@techlit.co.uk and we will call you back to take payment.
b: Download and complete pages 1 and 2 of the order form and send it to us with your cheque payment to:
JPA TL Ltd, Design Works, William Street, Felling, Gateshead, NE10 0JP, UK.
Cheques should be made out to JPA Technical Literature.
c: Download and complete the Credit Card Authorisation on page 3 of the order form and send it to us at:
JPA TL Ltd, Design Works, William Street, Felling, Gateshead, NE10 0JP, UK.
As our terms of business require payment with order we cannot supply software on the strength of a purchase order; however, we can issue a pro forma invoice or a quotation if you need one to raise a company cheque.
Delivery
Once you have bought a licence we will send you an installation CD, user manual and a personalised key code to unlock the software. We will usually fulfil your order by the next business day. If you need the software urgently we can e-mail you the key code(s), which will allow you to unlock the demonstration version of the software which you can download from the website. You will, of course, still receive your CD and printed manual.
Replacement key codes and manuals
Each purchaser of our software is issued with a hard copy of the manual, a CD and a letter providing the key code. We strongly suggest the code be kept in a safe place as it is your only means of obtaining access to your licensed copy of the software.
If you lose that code we charge a standard administration fee of £50+VAT to reissue each and every code and/or manual to non-licence holders. The latter can be downloaded at no charge from this website. We therefore suggest all purchasers take great care to keep their key code(s) secure.

** Costs valid for all users who purchased an annual SAP licence during 2008 and 2009 or a new package during 2009. If you purchased a single licence for
SAP 2005 before 2008 and did not join our annual licence scheme you will need to purchase an annual licence for 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 before purchasing an annual licence for 2010-2011.
