Buying software
To order our software you can:
- Download and complete the order form and send it to us with your cheque payment to:
JPA Technical Literature Ltd, Design Works, William Street, Felling, Gateshead, NE10 0JP, UK.
Cheques should be made out to JPA Technical Literature Ltd.
- Pay by BACS transfer. Email us at sales@techlit.co.uk or call us on 0191 438 7997 and we will send you our details.
- Select from the options below and click on the 'Buy Now' button. This will take you to the secure PayPal website where you can use your Credit and Debit Cards.
Note: you do not need to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal secure payment system.
As our terms of business require payment with order we cannot supply software on the strength of a purchase order; however, we can issue a pro forma invoice or a quotation if you need one to raise a company cheque.
If you require multiple copies of our software or annual licences you can specify this at the next stage.
Delivery
Once you have bought a licence we will email you a personalised key code or key codes to unlock the software. We will usually fulfil your order by the next business day. A PDF technical manual on the use of JPA Designer software is available for download on the 'Downloads' page or by Clicking here>.
Replacement key codes and manuals
Each purchaser of our software is emailed with their unique key code(s). We strongly suggest the code be kept in a safe place as it is your only means of obtaining access to your licensed copy of the software.
If you lose that code we charge a standard administration fee of £50 +VAT to reissue each and every code to non-licence holders. We therefore suggest all purchasers take great care to keep their key code(s) secure.
