Costs

The cost for the SAP annual licence is increasing to £125 +VAT.

This cost increase will come into effect for licences due from 1 February 2012.

There are no other cost increases to annual licences or purchase prices at this time.

Multiple licences (each copy includes the first year annual licence fee)
For multiple purchases of the same of module we offer a 25% discount on all modules after the first (e.g.if you purchased three licences for the Uvalue 2010 module you would pay £250.00 +VAT for the first one and £187.50 +VAT for each of the second and third - giving a total of £625.00 +VAT, a saving of £125 +VAT).

A site licence allows you to run the software on an unlimited number of computers within the same company within the UK. A site licence will be cost effective if you anticipate having ten or more users within the company; it will also ease the burden of licence management.

* To complete SAP assessments you will need a method for calculating U-values. This can be a program you already own/use or either the JPA Designer Uvalue 2010 module or the Uvalue Professional 2010 module. If you do not already have a Uvalue calculator we recommend you look at our Software bundle option as it contains both the SAP 9.90 and U-value Professional 2010 modules at a discounted price.

** Costs valid for all current annual licence holders and users who purchased a new package during the last 12 months. If you purchased a single licence for SAP 2005 before 2008 and did not join our annual licence scheme or have let your licence lapse, you will need to purchase a 'Catch-up' licence.
