Modification to cut-to-falls insulation layers to allow different base thicknesses of insulation.
R-value calculation for Australian regulations now included, with different values for heat flow inside to outside and outside to inside.
New option for variable layer calculations which enables the calculation to be converted to a standard calculation with a selected layer from the variable layer pane replacing the variable layer.
Well-ventilated cavity calculation to ISO 6946:2007 now included.
Resistance of unheated spaces ISO 6946:2007 method now added to Edit Construction dialogue.
DeltaUf correction now uses total unbridged resistance.

- Payback calculator:
JPA Designer now includes a payback calculator for PV and wind turbines.
This new module is currently free for registered users of the SAP modules.
- U-values:
Limit on number of bridged layers increased from 5 to 9 to allow calculation of multi-foils and other complex constructions.
Variable layer calculations now work correctly when an air gap correction is applied to the variable layer.
- SAP 9.90:
Code for Sustainable Homes report now available as an output, showing values for Ene1, Ene2 and Ene7
Zero carbon assessment now included.
Compliance report no longer applies the in-use factor to the SFP when testing efficiency.
Resolved occasional overprinting when large numbers of openings included.
- SAP 9.81:
Now possible to select 'as-built' for a dwelling with an assumed air permeability of 15 to produce an 'as-built' regulations checkist.
Corrected an issue where 9.81 calculations picked up the 9.90 fabric U-value after a 9.90 calculation had been opened.
|
| |
09 September 2011: Version 5.02a1 Build 015 - main changes |
- Overprinting problem fixed.
