Our software can only be ordered from JPA TL. Like most computer software you buy a licence to use the software, rather than the software itself.
To order a program you can:
a. call us on 0191 281 8393 and pay by credit card;
b. send us a cheque with your order (click here to download order form).
Whilst we do not accept purchase orders we can provide a pro forma invoice if you need one to raise a company cheque.

Once you have bought a licence we will send you an installation CD, user manual and a personalised key code to unlock the software. We will usually fulfil your order by the next business day. However, should you need the software urgently we can e-mail you the key codes, which will allow you to unlock the demonstration version of the software which you can download from this website (you will still receive your CD and printed manual).
The installation CD includes the program manual and the government's SAP documentation as PDF files. The FAQ section on this website answers a number of common queries about the software and the calculations. All our programs come with three months' e-mail support (which may be extended for a small charge). We also offer a one-day installation and training service.

Multiple licences for software modulesIf you purchase more than one licence for a module we allow a 25% discount off all except the first one (e.g. if you purchased three licences for the Uvalue Enhanced module you would pay £250.00 + VAT for the first one and £187.50 + VAT for each of the second and third - giving a total of £625.00 + VAT, a discount £125).
Site licencesA site licence allows you to run the software on an unlimited number of computers within the same company within the UK. A site licence will be cost effective if you anticipate having ten or more users within the company; it will also ease the burden of licence management.
